Complex Gardens was founded in 1991 as a garden maintenance company. We rooted ourselves in the industry growing into landscaping in 1994.
We have remained focused on residential and commercial landscaping – within the industry we trust that quality is better than quantity – allowing us to serve our clients as a professional uncompromising service related supplier whose work is always carried out to the highest standards.
Whilst having significant experience of large garden landscapes, we are also more than happy to tackle smaller projects.

Complex Gardens offers the complete landscape and garden design solution. We offer services from consultation, through to garden design as inspiration for a DIY implementation, or a full service taking you through the entire journey of a complete garden transformation from design to installation.
The Design Process
- 1Initial Site Visit – We will visit you to discuss in depth the requirements you have for your garden. The client’s property will be fully analyzed, to include aspects such as: soil types, shade / sun areas, frost zones, slope, drainage, pipes, boundaries, existing vegetation, existing features etc. The client’s requirements will be identified and discussed. Functionality, practicality, aesthetic value and personal style will be identified.
- 2A rough sketch and concept package will be put together
- 3A final design and planting plan will be created – The design will be drawn to scale showing all plant material and features within the garden. A detailed plan index including the full plant list with a bill of quantities of all material to be used will be submitted. The final quotation is prepared including all necessary costs as per materials in the bill of quantities, deliveries, labor and professional fees.
- 4Commencement of work – The site will be prepared, measured and marked out. All hard landscaping will be installed including irrigation. Planting as per plan and laying of instant lawn.
